- Officially formed in October 1996, the Northwest Energy Efficiency

transformation ventures as a means to save considerable energy at low
long-term costs. Eventually, transformed markets will no longer need
financial incentives.

throughout the Pacific Northwest.
Provided by the Copper Development Association Inc. The primary
focus of this primer is wiring and grounding techniques and practices that
are recommended for new or renovated structures. These practices will reduce
or eliminate the occurrence of power quality problems.
