Customer Sign-Up for EverGreen Options

To sign up online follow these steps:

1. Go to tacomaservices.org
2. Follow "Log In" instruction. Be sure to have your account number ready.
3. Select "Request A Service"
4. Click on "EverGreen Options"
5. Follow the instructions to complete your sign-up.

Residential customers can choose from several different participation levels:

Residential	Frog	$3.00	250 kWh
	Salmon	$6.00	500 kWh
	Otter	$10.00	833 kWh
	Orca*	More than $10 - in $1 steps	83.3 kWh per $1

* Orca -    You may purchase green power in amounts of your choice and amounts greater than $10 per month.  Please request amounts in $1 steps - $4, $8, $25 - for example.

**  As of November 1, 2005, the amount of green energy customers receive through EverGreen Options increased by 25% for all purchase levels.  For example, customers at the $6 level will receive 500 kWh per month - 100 kWh more than the previous 800 kWh per month amount.  More information

Customers who receive their bill every two months will see the monthly amount they choose double on their bill. For example, the frog level will be six dollars for the two-month billing period.  The charges for the EverGreen Options program are in addition to your existing bill. These charges are fixed at a set monthly rate and will not vary from month to month unless you choose to change your participation level.
