To qualify for the rebate, the
high-efficiency water heater must:
- Have an Energy Factor (EF) of
0.93 or better (all size tanks)
- Have a minimum warranty of 20
years

To
qualify for the rebate, the ultra-high-efficiency heat pump system
must:

Have
an Heating Seasonal Performance Factor (HSPF) of 8.5

Have a
Minimum Energy Efficiency Ratio (SEER) of 14

Have a
verified tighter air distribution system (ductwork)

To qualify for the rebate, the light fixtures
must:
- Be hardwired,
Energy Star-qualified and
-
Be
installed in:

50% of exterior fixtures (affixed to the home or on a
freestanding pole, except for landscaping and solar lighting,
and
-
50% of fixtures in high use areas (kitchen, dining, living,
family, bath, hall, and stairway), and
-
25% of low use areas (bedroom, den, office, basement, laarage, closet)
