Weatherization Contractors
We're often asked to recommend a weatherization contractor. While Tacoma Power can't recommend a particular
contractor, we have put together a referral list to give you a place to start.
The contractors on the following list have met some basic insurance and
bonding requirements. The contractors have been in business in the area for at least three
years and have agreed to certain standards of conduct.
PLEASE NOTE: Work may not begin until a contract for financial assistance is
in place.
After a contract for work is in place, but before work begins, it is
customary for the contractor to collect any unfinanced homeowner job costs
(defined as Owner Contribution) from the homeowner.
